moveable vacuum staion AEGS-01

Mobile vacuum station Type: AEGS-01 suitable for use and support at a degassing opening on the extruder or tool as well as for assisting in vacuum forming.

Advantage: Due to the built-in separation tank upstream of the pump, can be sucked off also dirt-laden gases and/or air mixtures.

Machine consisting of:

• a water ring vacuum pump mounted on a welded and painted steel base frame with cpl. connected supply and cooling system
  
• a VA service water separator and storage tank with fresh water connection, level switch and drain cock for easy daily cleaning
  
• a float valve / switch for level monitoring and, if necessary, a switch-off
  
• a cooling coil made of hde-finned tube installed and removable in the separating storage tank
  
• an additional vacuum separator tank made of steel (hot-dip galvanized) in front of a vacuum pump to separate (diffuse) the suspended matter in the extracted air and / or air / water mixture
  
• an electrical switching / control cabinet for vacuum pump and tank monitoring
  
• a removable emission housing / subassembly for avoiding / reducing the noise emission by the vacuum pump
